Lowboy trailer has a 9-degree front approach angle
The Workhorse 55PVR Pro Fontaine Specialized lowboy trailer has a 9-degree front approach angle designed for pavers and milling machines. It has a removable two-piece center bogie section that reveals a boom trough with a V-pan for transporting excavators. The transition ramps are 17 degrees deck to bogie.
The gooseneck trailer has 275 tires and 108/82-inch dual kingpin. It can handle 55 tons in 16 feet or 50 tons in 12 feet with 3 or 4 axles close coupled. As an added bonus, the center bogie section can be removed to reveal a boom trough with a V-pan for transporting excavators.
